SHIPPING

Will I get anything in the mail?

Only if you order a physical shipped print. Many of our items are PDF /JPG Downloads, which means that you don’t have to wait for anything to arrive in your mailbox – and you don’t have to pay for shipping!  Our instant download printable prints are available for download once your transaction is complete. Customized or personalized printable files will be e-mailed to you within the time frame you select when you put your item in your cart.

You will only receive a print in the mail if you purchase a physical print.

How will my print be shipped?

5″ x 7″ and 8″ x 10″ prints are packaged individually in a clear cellophane sleeve and mailed in stay flat mailers.

11″x14″ prints are rolled, wrapped carefully in tissue paper and mailed in mailing tubes.

I’m in a rush! Can I get my order shipped to me fast?

Need your order in a rush?  No problem.

Our normal order processing time is between 4-10 days, depending on how many orders we have to fulfill at the time.  We offer option as the checkout to design/print your order within a shorter time frame for a small fee.

Please contact us for a quote for expedited shipping options.

Be sure to provide us with your postal code so that we can give you an accurate quote.

Will I be able to track my order?

Tracked shipping is NOT included on 5×7″ or 8×10″ prints unless you purchase the SHIPPING UPGRADE add-on from our Add-on shop category.

Customs & Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Sock Paper Scissors is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

Digital Items – Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the digital nature of digital downloads, no refunds / exchanges will be given once the file has been downloaded.
Custom order / personalized printable print purchases may not be cancelled once I design work has commenced on your order.
Please contact me if you have any questions or problems with your order.  I will do everything possible to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase.

Physical Prints – Refund & Exchange Policy

If there is a printing error on your order or a problem with your product, please let us know so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible! Personalized prints items are not eligible for return unless a printing error is made
I gladly accept exchanges or refunds on non-personalized prints returned to Sock Paper Scissors Co. in original condition.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to discuss. 
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery (cost of return shipping not covered by SPS). 
Once an item is received/returned to Sock Paper Scissors Co. (in original condition) we will gladly ship you your exchange item(s) (additional shipping fees will apply) or process your refund. Please be sure to discuss your return/concerns with Sock Paper Scissors Co. before returning your item.
